Parts of the foreshore are a leash free dog exercising area.

Surcharge for one night stays and minimum stay applies for  long weekend holidays, Easter, School holidays only bookings Senior Citizen Card holders discount  available as midweek packages May- September.

Payment Information

Deposit required 50% within 24 hours by Visa , Mastercard (3% processing charge applies), Direct Bank Transfer ,money order, cheque.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the booking date refund of the deposit minus the booking fee is applicable (10-15%).
If cancellation is more than 7 days but less than 21 days prior to the booking date we will allow the deposit to be used for another booking which must be used within twelve months of the original booking or $50 forfeit applies
If cancellation is made less than seven days prior to the booking date no refund will be given unless we are able to fill the vacancy left by the cancellation.

Pet friendly policy:
1.Please ensure flea treatment is current.
2. Ensure your dogs vaccinations are up to date
3. Please pick up your doggy do before you leave.

• A short drive finds you among Mornington Peninsula’s 50+ cellar doors and restaurants.

• Get lost at one of the mazes Ashcombe at Shoreham, Arthurs Seat or Boneo Wetlands.
• Visit a Country market at Red Hill, Emu plains Market at Balnarring or buy fresh produce at
  the Bittern Market.
• A visit to the award winning Peninsula Chocolates is a must.
• Red Hill Cheeses and Sunnyridge Strawberry Farm are a gourmand’s delight.
• Red Hill Brewery produces local beer.
